Overall it was good but there are no ac in the room and it was hot at night

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Nairobi
Publié le 13 janv. 2024 sur HotelsStayed at the Mokka City hotel at the start and end of our safari. Chose this hotel as it was located in the heart of the city which allowed us to go exploring and get away from typical resort hotels.
Our stay was great - comfortable hotel and central to everything. Oustanding staff - especially the guy in reception - super friendly and helpful. Looked after our bags when we were on safari.
The hotel has a great cafe/restuarant - great staff, great food and real value for money.
Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kenya.

Room was clearly not fresh with limited windows, no AC, wet bath room floor and toilet wasnt flashing. Alot of noise from external and bed wasnt fresh. Very dissatisfied
