Amazing and extra ordinary staff, excellent services. Spacious room and close vicinity either to shopping centers and airports both domestic and international.

After spending several days in a rural Kenyan village, I was grateful to find a comfortable bed, clean room and warm shower greeting me at the Razana; plus the staff was friendly and buffet breakfast was wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to others who might be needing overnight stay in Nairobi upon arrival in the country.

I had some difficulty communicating with the front desk staff. We also ended up with a $26 charge that we didn’t expect and don’t know what the charge is for. I’ve emailed them and hope to get an explanation.

This hotel was nice and a good place to stay for a night before heading out again. There is nothing nearby for tourists, but again, it served its purpose well.
