Very disappointing
Posted Nov. 14, 2021 on HotelsGood location, nice room decorations, but hospitality is a profession which is obviously not that of the owner of this hotel. We arrived in an unheated room (10degres…), the sink was clogged, then for the service ... there is none. No contact with the staff and if you want breakfast you have to order it on Uber Eat… Too bad at that price.

Dear Olivier,
I'm terribly sorry you did not understand our concept of breakfast. We don't use Uber eat for breakfast at all. We work with Li panier our partner which prepare local home made breakfast. Maybe you should have test it before to comment.
Is it true that you don't meet nobody at the reception but please next time don't hesitate to contact us if you have any question our trouble during your stay.

Amazingly well planned and decorated room. Quiet, view of the park, and located just off the Place Stanislas, the most beautiful place in Nancy. Near restaurants.

Excellent location next to a park. Quiet. Has free parking. Vincent the owner is wonderful and gives lots of recommendations and very accommodating.
