Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayConfirmation email claimed a code would be sent day of check in and that check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 5:30PM and still no code was recieved. We fumbled thru the email to find the contact phone number only to have it ring, ring, ring, & go to voice mail. REALLY? So we peeked into the apartment and saw a phone number for the cleaning lady! We had to call her to let us in. What a joke! I've had 3 rental properties in Costa Rica for 15 years, I know the drill, these people CLEARLY do not! Nice property but horrible check in procedure makes this property WAY OVER priced. Look elsewhere folks unless you want to be stranded like we were! ARGGGG 😡😡😡

The hundreds of 5-star reviews at this and all of our family of Ackceptional Properties is indicative of our consistently exemplary service. We are happy you let yourself into the cottage a few minutes after you arrived. Your original booking included our property manger’s phone number, of which we confirmed with phone records, no calls nor texts were received, nor any communications through Vrbo. We are sorry you feel that our posted rates are high as they are consistent with comparable luxury properties.

Perfect Girls Week!

Perfect Location
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty delivered perfectly on what we were looking for. Brought my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 young kids). Very comfortable house and very clean.
Only negative was the week we were visiting, there was construction on the street literally right in front of this house and the driveway parking spot. I had to keep my car down on teh other end of the street and had to walk over excavators and guys digging. Was a bit tough with kids but hopefully no one else has to deal with this in the future.

Week after Nantucket Stroll

Nantucket Stay
