The property is old and the bedroom and bathroom is small. But they have been updated and are very clean.
There is no on sight parking so you have to park on the street and pay for parking.

Beautiful Art Deco hotel right in the center of Napier. Walking distance to everything. Room nicely redecorated. Wifi was intermittent and internet access restricted/filtered which was a bit annoying. Otherwise great stay

Perfect hotel in great location

Staff always helpful and can’t do enough for u. Added bonus of having milk replaced in room every day don’t normally get that in NZ. Room serviced every day.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Charming hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Best part was the attached K Restaurant and Bar. Superb food and wine choices.
