We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay

A hidden gem with a central location

We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if we come back to Naples again!
