The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, just basic, but we knew it was. Room was clean and up to standard. everything was walkable to shops and dining.

The area around the galleria is a beautiful, architecturally stunning. The hotel staff was nice and we received a bottle of champagne on arrival. However it was difficult to access the hotel from the street. When we first arrived we had taken the ferry into the Port of Naples, there was not a Porter at the ferry or any clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel we had to bring multiple suitcases up a large staircase. I had asked the front desk for help but there’s only one person there so they could not leave or help us and additionally said that this service they normally offer. I think for any access points are difficult to bring up bags to the hotel and then subsequently to your room and a small elevator. They really need to have additional concierge services or porters to help bring luggage up. Also you have to use a little coin to operate the elevator which the front desk does give you but this was not told to us. In order to get in and out of the gate you have to press a certain button, again this is not that difficult but no one explained this to us at the front desk at time of arrival

It was hard to find the place. The entrance is hidden inside the shopping mall. They needed to give detailed instructions.,but they did not The room was nice, except the bath instead of the show. I struggled to climbed in and out. The staff was very helpful, good convenient location . I probably will come back

My arrival to this hotel was tragic. My plane was Kate and I came after 12am. Taxi driver threw me out and said - this hotel. But there was no any sign. It was a shopping mall that was now dark, with closed shops, homeless people lying around with horrifying dogs. I went hysterical. Eventually someone helped me to give this hidden hotel. I think thrybfjoujd advised detailed hiccup find them. But they did not. The room was nice, the staff was very helpful. I did not like the high bath instead of a shower. It was hard to climb into it. It was a struggle . But the air condition was working well. there was a tea kettle, nice bed, room cleaned every day, good location, after you know how to find the place. So I will probably come back!

A very uniquely decorated hotel in a beautiful historical building. Hotel is on the fourth floor accessible through a security gate from the main mall. We had the junior suite which was renovated huge also with a very new contemporary bathroom with a whirlpool. Location is very convenient with access to lots of restaurants and shopping. And close to the meeting point for the hop on off sightseeing bus tours. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is no parking on site. You have to park at nearby indoor parking lots at a cost of 35 to 50 euros.

Lovely property in a beautiful building, a bit hard to find the entrance (it’s inside the galleria, on one of the entrances near the centre). The signs point down a dodgy street. Area is great for everything nearby!

Location was perfect. While we only stayed one night to catch a flight to Athens the location allowed is to eat ship and do. Quick hop on and off bus tour in a short period of time.
