You need to check in 15 min away from The actual property and taxi back and forth, totally not worth it. Area is extremely unsafe and dangerous and I usually don’t care about saftety. AC and Wi-Fi was broken and I couldn’t ask anyone to fix it since there is no office in the actual building.btw during the check in the staff were extremely rude. JUST DONT GET A PLACE here

A parte l'inconveniente avvenuto in fase di prenotazione e di check-in online...il soggiorno è andato come doveva andare,per un soggiorno veloce di una notte. Perfetto. La posizione ottima. Stanza grande ed accogliente. Gentilissimo l'operatore in reception che ha accolto le richieste senza fare una oiega. Bravo!

Per la location di Via Guglielmo San Felice 24, 4° piano: ottima location al centro di Napoli, Camera accogliente peccato per la pizza di scarico del bagno. Per la caparra: Nei siti di prenotazione online che utilizzate per affittare le camere non è ben chiaro che al momento del check-in è necessario versare la quota di euro 200 con carta di credito/debito. Sarei più attento a questo aspetto, non tutti sono nella condizione di poter versare questa quota.

La mia esperienza è stata terribile. In tutti i sensi, il check in è imbarazzante, devi andare in un’altra struttura e nemmeno ti avvisano. Poi non accettano i contanti. Dopodiché ti dicono che devi pagare 200€ di penale che verranno restititi dopo un mese emmezzo ( se verranno restituiti). La cigliegina sulla torta è che alla fine abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura diversa da quella che abbiamo prenotato.
