We had an enjoyable stay at this Naples home. The house feels brand new with recent updates throughout, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. The street itself is nondescript, and getting to downtown Naples or Vanderbilt Beach requires about a 20 minute drive.There is a community center roughly a 15 minute walk from the house with a pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and pickleball. The only significant issue during our stay was that the pool heater was not functioning. The property manager responded promptly and sent a technician on New Year’s Day, but unfortunately the problem could not be resolved while we were there, so the pool remained unheated and the hot tub did not get hot.It is also worth noting that, despite the amenities listed in the VRBO posting, the house did not provide fishing gear, pool equipment, kayaks, or sports equipment. There was one basketball available at the community center and shuffle board equipment, but no such items were supplied at the property itself.The property management company, Nomadic Vacays, was very responsive throughout our stay.
