Bien placé mais...
Publié le 28 déc. 2022 sur HotelsAppartement bien situé pour visiter le centre historique, à 2 pas de la rue du tribunal et ses trattoria.
Immeuble rénové, sécuritaire. Décoration minimaliste.
Par contre, literie du canapé inconfortable.
Rue extrêmement bruyante (karaoké et musique à fond chez les voisins), même avec des boules quies.
Climatisation défectueuse : allumée à 15° ou éteinte, elle soufflait de l'air chaud dans la chambre. Obligé d'avoir la fenêtre ouverte et donc le bruit la nuit.
Côté cuisine, le strict minimum : 3 cuillères pour 4, pas de cafetière électrique....
Et puis ce n'est qu'un détail mais nous attendons encore la bouteille de vin offerte.

Dear Xavier,as mentioned at the check-in, most of your complain could have been solved if you passed by the office. We invite at every check-in for our guests, to not hesitate to contact us for any problem or any request as if we can, we are happy to assist promptly. We do provide a kettle so you can use our soluble coffee and the, also the mocha to use on the stoves so you can prepare our traditional Neapolitan coffee. When we show the apartment we specify every time that the air condition is centralized, so in case the guest would like to change the temperature, he/she needs to inform us so we can make change it for you.Also we did ask you indeed if you wanted red or white wine, and you informed us that you don't drink alchol, therefore I invited you to accept a voucher for a free breakfast which you refused saying that you wanted to hurry up as your kids needed the toilet so we made a quick registration even though it wasn't the check-in time and we provided an early check-in at 10:15 without any extra charge. Our apartments follow a strict double check procedure to keep an high standard, from the cleaning service to our equipment which are always replaced if missed from the previous stay.We reminded you during your stay that you could receive a voucher from us for a free breakfast in one of the nicest bar in the Historical Center instead of the wine but you didn't reply to any of our message.We are always available for assistance 24/7, so we invite every guests to contact us for anything.I hope you enjoyed Naples and you could do everything you told us you've planned.

Appart-Hotel très bien situé, central pour tout faire à pied.
Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.
Intérieur très propre et spacieux, il ne manque de rien.

I had a very good stay there, apartment was quite comfortable, very good wifi signal (enough to work), well located.
Andrea was very helpful at checkin.
I recommend.

L isolement entre chambres n étaient pas au rendez vous surtout quand vous avez des voisins sans gêne

Très bel appartement, propre et entièrement rénové. Même s'il est situé dans un quartier un peu reculé, la sécurité de l'immeuble favorise le calme. Un tres bon accueil.

Un appartement spacieux, moderne, en centre ville et proche de la gare.

Great welcome : the welcome was warm and professional ! The appartment has just been totally renovated, everything is new ! New, spacious and very functional appartement ! Well situated to be able to walk to Naples (old town, Vomero hill or port...).
