Stayed here for a nearby conference, was overall decent with nice finishings in the lobby, adequate sized rooms with decent service and English speaking staff. Public baths were a bit confusing initially (the timings were a bit complicated) but eventually got used to it. The chair in our room had a large stain on it but aside from that nothing to fault re cleanliness. Main downside is that although it's around 12 min walk from the nearest station it's not an easy flat path with luggage, would suggest catching a cab to the hotel entrance if possible.
