This was a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. The shuttle bus is convenient, though be aware that the ride is fairly long, the buses run only every 30 minutes, and they service multiple hotels along the way. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, and the rooms are small and basic, but they are adequate for a short stay before or after a flight. I did enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the on-site restaurants, which was a pleasant surprise. The garden area is a highlight—a peaceful space with a lovely pond that gives the hotel more of a destination feel rather than just a simple stopover.

Hotel was great, clean, convenient and affordable but the rooms were extremely hot. You have no acess to the temperature and have to call the dromt desk to lower the temp and it shuts off at a certain time and have to keep calling.

The hotel affordable and the staff are nice. They speak English and helpful. The young gentleman name Himal was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel has onsen, free breakfast, Lawson store inside, free shuttle to airport to and from Narita Airport also Aeon Mall and Narita Station. The hotel is older side but my room was updated. I requested for a room close to the elevator. The onsen use is ¥700 per use. I didn't had the chance to use though I would love to. The onsen is on different way from the main floor.

I was shocked because the room looked nothing like the photos when I made the reservation 😨. The room was dark and smelled musty, the main light didn’t even work, and part of the bathroom ceiling was peeling off—it was really surprising. It seemed like airline crews were also staying at this hotel, but if they’re being given the same kind of room, I feel really sorry for them having to rest here after such long flights.
