This hotel is 100% a traveler's hotel. There is nothing WRONG with the hotel, but nothing exceptional either. One thing of note: there is no restaurant on premises or anywhere near. So if you plan to eat a dinner or lunch, you have to go back to the airport, which is easy enough because a shuttle runs every 20 minutes. And there are plenty of restaurants at the airport, but a list would have been helpful. Rooms are essentials only: small, a completely clever but prefabricated bathroom, clean. Breakfast was mass production. Coffee served was out of an automatic machine and not very good. So, if you need a clean place to stay overnight while traveling, this is perfectly fine, but if you are staying in Narita for any site-seeing, find a hotel that is full-serviced.

I was upgraded to a huge "dome" room which was spotless and very luxurious. The mattresses a bit hard, but perhaps normal these days. Free all you can eat breakfast, lots of variety for all tastest. Reception staff amazing.

One of the best hotel to stay in Narita.Nice and clean room although the room we got is smoking room which is not our preffered room. They have free shuttle ang breakfast. Convenience store in the lobby.
