We had a great mini vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with lots of space. Gorgeous view of the ocean and so close by the beach. We loved going up to the 3rd floor decks as well. So much to do in the area and fabulous restaurants. We would definitely like to spend another vacation there at the house.

Access to the property was easy with combination door locks/codes and having been given instructions by the owner. The house and property were immaculate. Views of the ocean from each of the three floors-beautiful! It was also nice to be able to walk to the beach instead of driving. Would definitely request to stay again at this lovely property!

Easiest place to relax

Another fabulous week near Scarborough! This was our family’s second summer staying here and it honestly feels like home. We had beautiful weather, and nice cool nights meant spending time on the upper balconies listening to the waves. Beach access is so easy here, even on 4th of July! Even rainy days are great with plenty dining space and room to play cards. We are very thankful for Doniell and Kathy’s communication and hospitality for the second year in a row.

Perfect RI Beach Getaway

The House was exactly as described in the description, the directions for the house were very thorough and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and timely. Everything you could need was available, including a VERY well stocked kitchen. The whole house was very clean upon arrival, and the extra little things like the umbrella and beach chairs provided in the shed were very helpful when we forgot our umbrella. The amount of deck space was really great for spending time having coffee and looking at the view. Having the ocean literally right across the street was great! Really couldn't have been a better stay!

Excellent ! House was very clean, well kept and had lots of amenities. Quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything else. Our host was a good communicator - very responsive and helpful; was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in so that we could drop off our luggage prior to a wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend.

Pleasant Stay

Location of the property was great. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. 3 couples stayed there for a long weekend. The setup of the bedrooms/bathrooms is probably better suited for a family. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. Communication was great and the third floor space is awesome.

SUN AND FUN

The property was as advertised plus more. Everything we needed was there from kitchen to laundry to bathrooms to beach needs. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of family time and private space if we needed it. We had one mishap. My husband, who has difficulty with walking, tripped and grabbed onto the towel bar tearing it out of the wall. I notified Donielle immediately. Her first response was concern for my husband-thank you. Donielle's husband was at the house within a day to make the repair. We were very embarrassed but he very quickly put us at ease. We look forward to spending another summer holiday there.

Clean and well maintained

This was our fourth stay at 6 Greenbrier. The home is well maintained and always clean upon arrival. The location is just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
