Coastal Paradise! Stunning Water Views, Steps From Beach, Perfect Family Getaway

**Cleanliness is our number one priority, especially during this coming summer. We go above and beyond to ensure the house is completely disinfected prior to every new stay. We also include all the disinfecting products you will need during your stay.**

This beautiful 3 story, 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, is only a short walk to the beach! There are two large decks on the second and third floor with phenomenal water views from the third story. The house is half a mile to the beach (10 min walk) through a safe, low traffic neighborhood, perfect for kids! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor that walks out onto the deck. The living room has a large couch that turns into a sleeper bed for two people if needed and a 65 inch 4k HD TV. The kitchen has a massive 10.5 feet by 5 feet white quartz island with stainless steel appliances, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful grey cabinets. The dining room has a large hardwood table that seats 12 people. The island seats an additional 8 people. The decks have two dining tables and two couches along with a large Weber gas grill. There is also a large cedar outdoor shower in the back yard!

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the laundry room. The bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses and wall-mounted TV's. One bathroom has a custom tile stall shower and the other has a tub shower perfect for little kids. The laundry room has a large washer/dryer set, a farmhouse sink, and a second refrigerator.

The third floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (all identical to the first floor)
and a second living room with an L shape couch, 55 inch TV, and walkout to the deck.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, 12 cup coffee maker/ K-Cup single-serve with fresh coffee grounds, spices, everything you will need for your stay. We have a second large refrigerator in the first-floor laundry room to store drinks/extra food for large groups.

Fresh beach and bath towels are provided as well as freshly cleaned linens. All beds are made prior to moving in for a hotel-like experience. No need to worry as the comforters are cleaned after every stay as well!

20 Beach chairs, cart, kid's toys, and boogie boards are all included!

Board games are stored in the third-floor living room closet. Please note that we do not provide basic cable, however, we do provide Netflix which can be streamed from any of the 10 smart tv's in the house.

Less than 5 minutes to grocery store, local restaurants, shopping and family activities.

Swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, miniature golf, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, bike path, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and other summer activities nearby.

Great house, great location! Perfect fit for our family of 11. This house is absolutely as described. Clean, well stocked kitchen, bathroom, cleaning supplies, bath and beach towels. Our host Nick, could not have been more accommodating. He was quick to respond and remedy a few questions we had. I would not hesitate to rent this place again!!!

The property was perfect for our family of 16 - the 2nd floor kitchen, living area and outdoor deck were ideal for a group of our size. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, plates, glassware, cutlery,etc. The 3rd floor living area and outdoor deck also provided some separate ‘adult’ space when needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated each family (4) as well as the back yard space. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. available in the shed.Nick was very responsive to any questions/issues so overall, a wonderful family vacation.Ann & Scott

The house was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures! It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities to host a large gathering (everyone raved about the kitchen)! Fantastic property for our group with great location to Newport!

Our group of 16 had the perfect stay at Nick's property! The house was clean, updated, had plenty of space for our group, was located in a great neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Fantastic family getaway home

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an outdoor shower. We loved the layout and all the amenities. This lovely home has plenty of space for guests to spread out and come together for meals, games and fireside chats. Please note, there is no hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return for another visit. The house is fairly new, so the furniture was in great condition. My wife kept saying how well stocked the kitchen was with paper towels and all necessary items. A wonderful collection of dishes, glasses, utensils and any item you could think of for a kitchen. The island is massive and holds plenty of people and getting around the kitchen even with a crowd was a breeze. The two decks were also very large with the capacity for large family gatherings and a great place to read, have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. Can't say enough about the place, we were extremely happy.

Nice house for our large family, only drawback is that it is advertised as 4/10 mile to the beach, closer to 6/10 by the time you’re actually on the beach. I got a season pass, not expensive, and it was an easy shuttle to haul stuff to the beach. Everything we needed was at house,

Great stay for wedding party!

This was the perfect property for our wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. plenty of rooms for our friends and family to stay in/get ready, but spacious common areas to congregate together. The beds and couches were super comfortable. Communicating with Nick was easy, but not much communication was needed upon our arrival because we had pretty much everything we needed! The only thing I will note is there isn’t much of a lawn space to play games on or anything, but there is a lot of deck space to hang out on, and the public beach is so close that you can get plenty of outdoor time that way. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend so special!

This was a very comfortable house for 8 friends to share. The kitchen was very well equipped, the best any of us had ever seen at a rental house. We ate in every night and had enough pots/pans/serving utensils, platters, wine glasses etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The layout had plenty of space for hanging out together but you could also get away from the crowd if you wanted to. The view from the top deck was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Location and house

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed here with a group of 16 for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. Plenty of space for everyone, the house was stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor decks, and kitchen area were massive, so plenty of room to hang out, but we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the owner was very responsive.
