The Neighborhood:

The house is located in East Nashville about 10 miles from Nashville International Airport. An eclectic neighborhood, the area is home to many artists and musicians and draws a lot of attention to newcomers that enjoy a laid-back community.



Getting Around:

Walking from East Nashville to the other parts of Nashville is pretty much out of the question. You may wish to walk the 3.3 miles to downtown, but we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft (super cheap) if you're not renting a car. Below is a list of distances we are located to the following:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

I'm available via messaging through the booking site during the entire booking process up until you arrive. I travel a lot so my friend Steph will be your point of contact DURING your stay in Nashville. She's just a text away should you need anything during your stay - please do not reach out to her PRIOR to your stay as you will be working with me (the owner).



You will have a detailed guest book available at the property with tips on how to work the TV's, trash, recycling, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for my favorite restaurant and bar recommendations.
