A beautiful facility that is very clean and well staffed. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were somewhat firm, but pillows were very comfortable. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

My experience wasn't very good. I found the cleaning staff and front desk very disrespectful. Not withstanding have to wait for my room, which I was early, but the little guy mopping could not have cared less about guest. There's tons of other hotels in the area. Politeness goes a long way.

The hotel would be ok for someone who is transitioning between flights at the airport. There was little parking for which you had to pay for I will not be staying there in the future. I had a drs appointment and wanted to be in a reasonable location to see the dr. I booked for 2 nights and we had a family emergency so I had to leave early and they told me that they could not refund me for the night I didn’t use. I work in the hospitality industry and know they could have if they wanted to. The access to the hotel was horrible if you missed the turn you had to get on the expressway to come back around since it is on the edge of 1-40 not convenient for travelers who don’t know their way around even with GPS the entrance is kinda weird. The guests next door were loud way past the quiet time. When we were trying to get a layout of the place employees were watching us like we were going to steal something. The front desk agent was listening to some broadcast on the company computer which was very loud when you got off the elevator.
