Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!

Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin air mattress, and the couch converts into a twin/full bed.

GREAT location. Didn’t need a car; walkable to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and fabulous restaurants. Otherwise, UBER. Photos were different than what was actually there but everything in good condition. Check in was a bit convoluted but instructions were clear. Parking included so if you do drive, a nice feature. Didn’t use kitchen so can’t comment on that. Would stay here again.

Mold in both bathrooms. We requested it be cleaned and was told someone came in while we were out. Still mold.There were 4 of us traveling (2 couples) we were given 1 fob. Which was needed to get into the building. The pool. Even the elevator from the parking garage. It took 2 days of asking to get us another one. For 2 days we had to stay together or we were locked out.

The check in process and the packet of instructions is way to lengthy for people on vacation. Would have never stayed knowing all the fines and charges if you accidentally do things wrong. Clean and location good. The Kleenex was in the blue with no new box. Your housekeeper is not cleaning under the rim of the toilets. They could have turned on the ice maker.

The 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable so that accommodation for 4 of the 5 guests was good. The 5th person used the sofa bed that is extremely hard and uncomfortable; then used the air mattress, and while the air mattress was more comfortable it was small/twin size. Not the most comfortable for the adult person. There was a problem with extra bed coverings for the 5th person but the contact person Amanda was helpful in getting that cleared up for the 2nd nights stay. The bathrooms tub and showers were not very clean. The kitchen was very excellent and well stocked with pots and utensils for meal prep. Suggest grab bars be added to each bathroom, just a safety measure. Location was good, and we enjoyed out stay at the unit. I would recommend a better sofa sleeper in that unit.

Everyone agreed, awesome place to stay when going to Nashville. A little far for us older folks to walk to Broadway but a quick uber ride. Room had everything we needed. Bathrooms could use a little tlc but for the most part the unit was very clean. Darker window coverings for bedrooms would also be nice. Streetlights streamed through. Felt very safe and everyone was very nice and friendly. Would definately like to revisit!

The location was perfect. Convenient to go back to the apartment between plans. Having the balcony was great. It gave us some entertainment when we were in the apartment. Watching all the dog walkers and parallel parkers.lol Very nice to have convenience of washer and dryer. The pub on the corner below was delicious. Best fish and chips ever. Check in was a little confusing. We didn't receive the email, so that was a little stressful.

The building is very secure and we needed the app or fob to get in everywhere in the building. With that said, our car was stolen. The entire building is so secure so we assumed our car would be safe. That was not the case. Beautiful condo and location, but be aware the garage is not secure.

Disappointing!

Apartment was very nice and location was really good. HOWEVER! To get into the building & apartment utiilising the app was an absolute nightmare and ruined our day travelling there from Vicksburg. Eventually it was sorted by Amanda but not before lots of effort and frustration on our part! Secondly it was very noisy outside with lots of traffic, exacerbated by work being done on the outside of the building and a generator being on for long periods of time.The apartment building and facilities are excellent but the particular end we were at, and the constant noise was unacceptable and contributed in part to us cutting our stay short.

Good location...loud neighborhood

Check in was not easy...the app would not work on an iPhone...eventually switched to an Android and was able to use the app to lock/unlock the door. Owner unlocked remotely for us until we could figure it out.Overall the unit was clean...but did need a deep clean (air filter, shower curtain, etc.). Personally did not find the bed/pillows comfortable. We did not prepare meals in the unit...there was not sufficient utensils for just the of us.Nice neighborhood (walkable to most attractions and venues)...however we will not stay here again. The hotel next door has a DJ on weekends...very noisy until well after 2AM....be aware. Also, furniture in listing pictured is not the furniture in our unit. Gave a 4 star rating because the until was in a good location and for the most part met our needs.
