Annual Girls Trip

The home is as picture and describe on the listing its very spacious. Great for a large party the main bedroom is gorgeous. The other bedrooms would be a little cramp if more than 2 people had to share. Their was 3 of us we each had our own floor and bathroom which was fantastic. The propertyy could use a refresh of paint in some areas and rug and furniture cleaned in the living room. It is still a beautiful home. I would definitely stay there again, about a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown. Average cost was $15.00 per trip anyplace we Uber too. Very nice neighborhood we felt very safe. Wow! Impressive!

Stayed here with a group of 10 girls. First, it was super easy to find and directions on how to enter were so easy! Second, we arrived to some light snacks and refreshments stocked! We were famished from travels and it was such a sweet surprise to have! Third, the house was perfect! Room enough for all of us- no crowding- and enough space and places for us all to get ready! Fourth, the location was perfect! Cheap Lyft ride to Broadway. One of our cab dr driver said that we were lucky that we didn’t get a place in a bad area because other rentals are in not so desirable neighborhoods, but people traveling from out of town don’t know! So I feel like we definitely lucked out with the location of the house. We all felt safe plus, there’s an awesome walk around the neighborhood with views of Vanderbilt! I would highly recommend you stay at this house with your girlfriends! We had the best time!

Incredible Place!!

This place was incredible. I was there with 8 of my friends and everyone had their own space to sleep, it was close to the downtown area, and not to mention decorated so cute (truly perfect for a girls trip/bach party). The host was also amazing, accommodating and responsive which was a major bonus! Highly recommend! 10/10!!

Best VRBO Ever!!

Words cannot express how perfect this pink palace was for 10 1971 high school graduates for our combined 70th birthdays. From the welcome beverages and snacks to warm bagels delivered our last morning these hosts know how to make their guests feel pampered. The condo is immaculate and centrally located to the Nashville sites. Take my advice— stay here.

Seven sisters and 85 year old Mom

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it was walking distance from Centennial Park - so we were able to spend mornings walking around that area. It was very close to downtown, so it was a short drive to our activities. Townhouse was very clean and kept nice. There was plenty of supplies (dishes etc.) in the kitchen. I really appreciated that there wasn't a long list of rules and check out duties like some places. I would highly recommend this place - as long as you are okay with stairs.

Parents of the groom with our closet friends had an amazing stay here for a very important weekend. House was fabulous with so many details covered before we even arrived. Had my bachelorette there and the house was great! Definitely a drive to downtown but a short Uber ride. The host was amazing we left a few things behind and she mailed them back right away and we didn’t have enough towels or any tissues so she had them delivered that same day with some goodies. Great place! Comfy beds!

When I first stumbled upon this property on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online and the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed. The home is just perfect, the decorative touches are so beautiful and the place contains everything one needs. Location is incredible and close to Broadway. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make my “50th” birthday weekend celebration with friends and family so comfortable and memorable. Perfect Weekend Stay

Well appointed property. Beautifully decorated, fabulous linens, top of the line kitchen, great bath products provided, and drinks and snacks provided on arrival. So close to all Nashville activities. Perfect weekend!
