We had to park so fr away from the entry, the overflow parking was terrible, it was behind trees. I have stayed in Days Inns, Super 8, La Quinta that was just as nice for a third of the money. The room was nice and clean, but so are others for much less. Maybe i expected to much for over $525.00 a night who knows.

Stains on bedsheets. Webs on wall. Lack of service. Poor customer service.

Incredible property! Lots to do, many restaurants, shuttles to local shops (but not BNA), friendly & helpful staff.

The shower was uncomfortable. Hand held sprayer difficult to manage and took a long time for hot water on the 6th floor.

Anniversary getaway!

My husband and I went for the weekend celebrating our anniversary. I wasn't impressed with the rooms however, the view from the inside balcony was breathtaking! OMG!! The garden, the waterfalls, I mean every where you walked in this place was absolutely beautiful. I love the sound of all the water features, it was so relaxing.
