Valet parked our truck in a no parking zone off hotel property where it was broken into. The hotel refuses to take responsibility. The window replacement cost $380. If you drive a full sized truck don’t expect to have safe parking options or for your property to be returned in the same condition it was dropped in.

I got upgraded to a corner suite, and it was very nice! The sound from inside the hotel was quiet, but I could hear cars racing and partiers throughout the night from the 5th floor. This is to be expected due to the closeness to Broadway.

The location is awesome. It's just a quick walk to all the attractions in downtown. The room was spacious and comfortable. Tge staff was friendly and professional.
