The Chophouse restaurant is so so good. Biggest best pork chop ever. Place was clean, beds were good. Place just needs updated.

Not the best or worst
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsAbout like everything everywhere now days, getting expensive. It's a good place to stay. I wish they even had a small breakfast but they don't. Clean, safe warm place to stay id say overlay.

Thank you for your honesty. Yes everything is getting costly. We are glad you enjoyed staying with us. Please come see us again. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and transparency in service . I too wish we has even a small breakfast to offer. Maybe in future business we will offer something . When we leased out our restaurant, that changed the ability to offer breakfast and still have a way to clean up for health department reasons. We appreciate your feedback!

All in all, a very enjoyable stay. It’s easy to forgive outdated rooms when they’re as clean as these were. Pool and hot tub are nice too, although I’d recommend getting the roof of the pool house fixed before it caves in or something lol. Also, it would be nice if the front desk had a few common necessities available to purchase, like mini-packs of aspirin. But that’s just me being nitpicky, all in all a great place to stay and definitely our new go-to anytime we stay in Nashville.

I will however, voice your concerns up the chain of command. My dream would be to have a small area with store in the lobby , for the things you mentioned. I definitely will pass on concerns with pool roof too. We are happy to hear your room was satisfactory in cleanliness. Our housekeepers are committed to the cleanliness of the rooms. Lots of potential, a facelift is much needed.

The Bad: Everything needs an update. The flooring, the paint, the furniture, the mattresses. It all looks tired and worn out. The TV’s are small and not HD, window treatments are vintage but not in a cute way.

Super roomy and accommodating. If you dont like to climb stairs....stay somewhere else.

Check in was easy and smooth. Just a reminder, they don't have an elevator. The room was very dated, but large and clean. We had a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a kitchen which came in handy. The parking situation is dreadful and we came back after a long night out and someone had parked in our spot. There is "additional parking", but it's not convenient. The walls are thin, the floors are creaky and we woke up to cigarette smoke smell in our room. It wasn't the worst, but far from the best.
