Mediterranean Oasis Retreat in the Trendiest Neighborhood in Nashville

This home is furnished with high-end appliances and furniture. Large double balconies overlook the heated pool. This retreat is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing by the fireplace (there are 2 - 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the living area) or uber convenient to getting out and exploring the city.

There are 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twins), 3 full baths. Home office, as well. There is a crib in the home, as well, if needed.

There are numerous bars, restaurants and upscale boutiques within easy walking distance of the home, as well as an expansive green space/park. Downtown is 2 miles away, and the airport is 6. Convenient for anything you want to explore in the city.

The was the perfect place for our group, a reunion among friends who desired a large & spacious place to stay while enjoying easy access to the shops & restaurants in 12 South. Our host was very accommodating and made the check-in process easy. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a private retreat in the heart of 12 South!

Amazing place!

Angie's home is amazing! Truly felt like secluded vacation, while still being so close to many convenient spots. Beautiful property, amazing outdoor space. Angie was INCREDIBLY easy to communicate with, helpful, and kind. She answered any questions that came up immediately. Highly recommend!

Great stay

The house is beautiful and super clean. The Pool was wonderful and we ate every meal on the spacious patio enjoying the surprisingly cool breeze for this time of year. My husband made good use out of the office area as he was still able to get a little work done. There are several great restaurants close by, including a Jeni’s Ice cream, so that was convenient. Our only issue was that there was pretty noisy construction going on across the street every day of our stay, but obviously that is not something the owners would have been able to prevent or control. Outside of that, everything was great. We miss it already.

4 th of July Family Stay

We were very happy to be able to stay here! Our original VRBO was cancelled at the last minute due to the virus. Our children are in their 30s but they got to be kids for the weekend in the pool, and we had plenty of room to relax with each other. We did not have any children with us, but this home would be perfect for them. Plenty of nearby places that deliver or offered takeout. So glad they shared their lovely home with us!

First Time Visit to Nashville

The Mediterranean Oasis Retreat was exactly as it looked on line as in person. The pool was a great way to cool down before and after visiting the many sites of Nashville. We enjoyed walking to the 12th South area for breakfast at the Frothy Monkey, coffee from Portland Brew, shopping at Draper James and the local farmers stand. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet place to stay after day and night of site seeing,

In town for a weekend of music with some friends. House is wonderful. Amenities are all high end and plentiful. Pool felt like we were at a Caribbean oasis, neighborhood is walkable and super modern and cool. Absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return!

Fantastic!

My family and I just stayed in the Mediterranean retreat oasis and WOW! What a beautiful home. We had eight people but definitely could sleep more beautiful backyard with heated pool, and gourmet kitchen. I would definitely recommend this house .

Loved this house! Exactly what we were looking for.

The house is in perfect condition and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for relaxing inside and the pool is perfect for spending time outdoors. We liked being able to walk to the 12 South neighborhood of restaurants and stores and downtown Nashville was an easy ride away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We would recommend this property to any family or group of friends like us who wanted to enjoy Nashville and then spend time together at home in plenty of space and comfort. Nashville itself is a blast. Great restaurants and bars that are very accessible for lovers of live music. We will be back!

I would/will come back again!

I was here for a (4 day) girls/moms weekend and couldn't be happier! The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed (house is stocked with towels, kitchen necessities, etc). We came in hot and humid July so the pool was key. This is a very up and coming neighborhood with beautiful homes and its also within walking distance to a street full of shops and restaurants. It was really easy to take an uber to the various places of the city we explored. The owner, Angie was easy to communicate with and very accommodating (specifically to our flight schedules that came in earlier than check-in time). You can tell that her home is very special to her and we appreciated her letting us enjoy it while we experienced Nashville. Don't pass this one up!

If you want to do Nashville right with family, couples or all girls weekend - this is your place! Spacious 4 bedroom beautiful home with pool. This house is in a great neighborhood next to all the great spots of Nashville. Shop on 12th Ave Sourh just a block away. You won't find a better place or location in Nashville!

Terrific Time!

We just recently spent a girls weekend in Nashville and this property was perfect!

The owner Angie was so accommodating and helpful. She gave us suggestions about things to do and places to go in the surrounding area. This area was great! It was a nice walkable area with lots of boutiques and restaurants. It was also close to downtown...just a short, cheap Uber ride away. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was so spacious for our group of 7 girls. The outdoor heated pool was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property for a great stay in Nashville!! Thank you Angie!!
