Nobody at the check in desk for over 10 minutes when we arrived

Very dirty, wiped up a spill and towel was black, they were nice enough to move us to a better room but wiped to bathroom floor to check and it was bad as well….i guess they don’t mop the floors😩

My go-to place to stay for trips to the Nashville area. I have stayed here a number of times over the past 6-7 years and it is always great. Rooms are clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, close to fast food and other restaurants and Walmart.

This was a clean and well kept Red Roof. It was close to the interstate and dog friendly. Would gladly stay again.

Bed covers/sheets stained, mold in the shower, previous guest used washcloth still hanging in shower, floors sticky and turn socks black, over sprayed air freshener in lobby, exit lights plugged in with cord in the ceiling and no elevator for second floor. Breakfast was frozen waffles, loaf of bread and cereal. Owners of hotel were unfriendly and did not respond when we said good morning to them.

You indicated that you were displeased with the breakfast options offered, that you found the floors to be unclean and that there was a used washcloth in your room. This is regrettable, as this is not usually an experience our guests have with us. Please note that our property does not advertise an elevator in any of our listings and based on information provided by the property, the owners of the hotel were not present during the entirety of your stay.
