The open kitchen features white shaker cabinets, granite counters, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware. Gather at the center island with seating for 4 or at the dining table for 6–7.



Step outside to a fenced backyard with a gas grill, a fire pit with seating, and a manicured lawn—great for unwinding after a day out. There’s also a den/office with a twin-size futon for flexible sleeping or workspace needs, fast Wi-Fi, and a private washer/dryer to keep things simple during longer stays.

• Stairs: This home has stairs; please review photos to ensure it’s a good fit.

• Parking: Street parking only, first-come, first-served. There are no reserved spaces or garage/driveway parking.

• Shared space: The backyard is shared with a long-term renter in a separate back unit.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional cleaning costs.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the home.

• Early check-in/late checkout: May be offered based on same-day availability and approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
