It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a queen size bed w/ a memory foam mattress and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked as well with a complimentary coffee bar.
*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

We are conveniently located only 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the airport. There are also several parks and green spaces nearby, including Cumberland River Greenway, Hadley Park, and Centennial Park, which offer opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the propertyâs condition.
The apartment is located in what seems like a business park and the entire front of the apartment is windows with just blinds. Given this, I didnât feel like we had much privacy because you can somewhat see in and across the entire apartment. Adding some curtains would be an easy solve. The place was nice and clean, bathroom smelled a bit. Check in is a complete hassle. Lots of links to click after booking. Have to complete a DocuSign and send photos of your ID along with a selfie. I wonât book this property again for that reason alone.
We stayed for a week while our house is under a renovation. So, it was a ânormal lifeâ situation than touristy. I loved the decor, amenities and comfort of the sofa and tv. It was very clean and overall a quiet neighborhood. Iâd definitely stay again!
