No car needed. Plenty of Uber & Lyfts available. You can also walk to restaurants from our house.

Please note we do not supply propane for the grill/outdoor heater or firewood for the outdoor fire pit in the backyard. There may be some left over from a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up at a store.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not allow local residents to book this property.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

Very clean, big, nice home. the open area of kitchen and dining room was perfect as 5 couples stayed here comfortably. neighborhood seemed questionable on the back alley area, but we had absolutely no security issues. We communicated with the host and we had fabulous response each time !! i would highly recommend and ubers picked us up quickly when needed.

Great property!

Newly remodeled and very spacious. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room. The open floor plan is a bonus. Large Kitchen table allowed us lots of time together. Appliances are new and met our needs nicely. Location is a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway and anywhere else we wanted to go.Genevieve was very responsive whenever we had a request or question. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation in Nashville

Positives:1. The house was accurately described on website.2. The location of the house is good for all the things we did around Nashville.3. The house was very clean & neat.4. Communications with VRBO management was successful.5. The TV was very good.6. Easy access to highways and a lot of popular restaurants.7. All kitchen appliances worked nicely.8. All the showers were good.Negatives:1. The neighborhood is rough looking and bypassers were prone to littering.2. The gate in the back alley providing access to a third parking spot is permanently boarded closed.3. The houses is exceptionally outfitted with furniture and accessories for infants. We did not have any infants, so these items were simply "in the way".4. The big modular couch in the living room is particularly and surprisingly low, making it difficult for old people to get up & down.5. The ceiling fan/light in BR #2 did not work.6. The backyard suffered from a significant amount of dead chicken bones, making for troublesome access for our little dog.

Amazing House!

My husband and I brought our parents (we are in our 30s and parents are 60s/70s) & our Labrador Retriever (Hank) to Nashville & stayed Thursday to Sunday in January. This was the perfect house for so many reasons. One of the cleanest places we have all ever booked, the house was spotless & smelled amazing. Which to be honest is extremely hard to come across when a home is pet friendly. Cleaning crew 10/10. The owner was so nice and professional, provided excellent communication & recommendations, and truly made us feel so welcome. The property itself is super cute and convenient to some great restaurants, Broadway & Bridgestone. Amazing house, amazing host, and just the best experience overall 11/10 - highly recommend.
