Room was ok. They had to fix our stooped up bathroom sink. I asked one time and it was seen about. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok for free!! We loved the shops and the Christmas lights and fireworks.

We were visiting Natchitoches for the Christmas festival. Staying Downtown would have been ideal, but staying here was definitely second best. We slept in so we didn’t make it to breakfast both mornings, the room was very clean, nice size, and comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but we made do by doubling them up. The market with all the treats is a major plus!!!

For a mid-price hotel, the wifi was totally unacceptable. One could barely access it from the rooms. The front desk staff admitted that the wifi wasn't optimal. The hotel has a responsibility to its guests for improving the Wifi, if they want to compete in this market. Smaller issues were the lack of a waste basket in the bathroom, and the sink was stopped up. Finally, the evevator light didn't work on the second floor (although they said the technician had been called to fix it. In short, a reasonable hotel that did not deliver at this location.
