On aurait que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, plusieurs mouches et coccinelles sur le bord de fenêtre, cheveux dans la douche, manque de place pour déposer nos trucs dans la salle de bain

Bel hôtel rustique. Propre mais sans plus. Frigo dans la chambre mais devons payer surplus pour qu’il fonctionne. La visite du sentier menant au pont et à la petite cascade d’eau était bien. Pas trop long avec de jeunes enfants. Par contre, la cascade d’eau est visible de loin seulement. Restaurant de l’hôtel ok, sans plus. Je trouve dommage que l’hôtel fasse la promotion du Natural Bridge Zoo qui semble un zoo très controversé et qui a reçu plusieurs avis et de multiples effractions. L’experience du pont éclairé était bien mais trop longue et très répétitive. Il y a une navette qui vous amène au pont vers 21h. La navette est une simple minivan pouvant transporter 6 passager à la fois. Ce qui fait en sorte d’allonger inutilement le temps d’attente avant et après la représentation. Pas de moyen de se rendre à pieds même si seulement à 1km de l’hôtel car sentier non éclairé.

L’hotel a vraiment besoin de rafraichir ses unités car dans la section où nous étions les murs de bois étaient gondolés toutes les lampes étaient déconnectées car aucun bouton pour les allumer (bulbe devait être dévissé) les switch au mur ne servaient a rien meme le refrigerateur ne fonctionnait pad.
Nous avions ete dans cet hôtel il y a 6 ans et ce n’etait pas comme cela

Half the lights worked in bathroom. Shower flooded bathroom, did not have towels for family. Shower curtain way to short. No room in room to spread out and get comfortable, nothing but bed and one chair. We paid $100 for food that was no better than mcdonalds. Chicken for chicken ceaser sald was chewey was not cooked fresh. We paid $234 for a room that was typically $75 to $100. Save your money ang go to Holiday Inn for less.

We had a room on the annex side and bathroom sink so small and did not have a countertop, did not have a luggage rack. Requested a rack and received next afternoon . Main hotel dining room, lobby and whole area at the Inn side was very nice.

Two people at front desk when we checked in, man was on the phone, lady didn't even acknowledge us. Hotel is really old, not updated, food in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. Our steaks and mashed potatoes must have been microwaved because they were inedible.

This was our first time here. We visited the natural bridge caverns, and the park across the way. It was very close to both places. The staff was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat close by. The bar staff was friendly and made great cocktails as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I forgot my hairdryer but they had one in the room and also had extra amenities at the desk that we forgot like toothpaste. We will definitely book this place again for a weekend getaway.
