I have traveled all over the world in my life and this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. everything about it was a disgrace and I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.

This was my second visit and I was totally disappointed. Staff not available and food options super limited. No cable the whole 8 days. The highlight was Bryan the lifeguard who was very pleasant and accommodating. I attempted for the second time to support a small local owned business, but when your staff is cold and despondent it makes a customer feel unappreciated. I hope they pull it together and fix things quickly. I was there with 3 new guest and they were not happy that I recommended this establishment at all.

Could not tell our room so had to pay cash at bar as we waited for our room. Walk from lobby to sea side bar was the only magical thing about this property. You walked through a well maintained garden canopy of ferns, flowers and fronds. Hat to ask for toilet paper three times, only bar soap provided, much of the lighting was bare bulb wall sconces. Upon stepping in to the room was well detailed at first glance. Walls where thin, could understand conversations in adjacent room. It looks like they are trying to update stuff but we did not see the results of that work. Process good for one night… if you are looking for a bed and beach / pool time this is fine, but beyond that… be aware.

Property needed upgrading,poor internet service,room wasn’t clean,towels where grey and dingy, no cover sheets on bed,and old worn pillows,only had a couple of channels on TV ,and a small fridge that wasn’t working.access directly to the beach was a plus,and it had a nice small pool
