I payed for the swim up room and it wasn’t clean therefore I didn’t utilize it. I informed housekeeping and the front desk. The towels was limited as I requested wash rags twice and never got them. We checked in on Thursday sheets never changed bed was just made on a daily. The cafe in the lobby had roaches in the display with food. I advise the workers and they said okay and kept working. The place was beautiful but I can’t say it was worth $2800 for one room

We stayed at the Royalton over the weekend for a Girls Trip and we all had such an Amazing time. My group of 4 were in the Diamond Club w/ swim up and we have Only great things to say. Our butlers Oshane & Donovan did as much as possible to help us with anything we needed. We look forward to returning sooner than later! Thank You Royalton staff for making our stay so memorable🇯🇲💚

This property was incredible, this was our forth time to Jamaica but the first time to Royalton Negril and it has everything you need especially when traveling with a family. Clean spacious rooms, great dining options and quiet nights. The staff were most helpful and friendly we have ever met, from breakfast to dining to the bar in the evening. The main beach was clear no seaweed shallow waters, the second beach was great for snorkeling, plenty of fish to see. We have been traveling as a family for six years and this is by far the best resort we have been to and we will definitely be going back.

This resort needs some renovation. a lot of wear and tear in the room. Food - i went to 3 big resorts in Jamaica. This resort needs some better chefs. only the desserts were good. they had good bakers but not good cooks. You need to wait til midnight to sleep. too loud music from main stage till the midnight. At the end, we left earlier then we originally booked. And move to different resort.

The check in process was extremely slow. Once finally in the resort the dining staff rudely informed us that only guests with butler service could have one of the many many empty tables, but we could wait for 1 hour to see if they did not.show up, ONE HOUR!!!! One exception was TRACIA M whom was an exceptional hostess whom felt bad.for us and got us a table to eat after being turned away from 4 other venues. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS RESORT!

Stay was OK. Room was fine but none of the swim outs get good sun coverage so they can often be chilly. The hotel has some wear and tear but it's not the worst. The biggest paint point is that the food really isn't that great and room service never had dessert the entire week I was there. If I had to guess all upgrade resources and efforts are being put toward the new hideaway additions. The butler service was OK, I've been here 3 times before and found that previous butlers were a little more attentive. I noted it was my birthday in my booking and in my intake papers and nothing was done which was a surprise as again, I've been here before with friends and seen them do the door sign etc. Overall my stay was still OK, staff I encountered were friendly but things just didn't feel as up to par as I expected or would have thought for a diamond club experience.
