Thoughtfully designed across two generous levels, the home embodies relaxed coastal elegance. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space forms the heart of the residence, anchored by a statement dining table for ten — perfectly positioned for long dinners as the sun sets across the water.
Seamless indoor–outdoor flow leads to the expansive entertainer’s balcony with BBQ, while a pathway from the base of the property delivers you directly to the sands of Dutchies within moments.
Upstairs, the private king master retreat offers elevated tranquillity. Downstairs, four king-zip bedrooms and a second lounge provide flexibility for extended families or two groups travelling together — allowing space to gather, and space to retreat. One of these rooms has a sofa bed.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 children. The sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security camera
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
