13 Government Road is right in the heart of Nelson Bay, just 300 metres to the CBD with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping or to the marina and Nelson Bay Beach for calm water swimming. Arrive, park the car and enjoy being able to walk everywhere.

The House - A quality interior designed renovation and refurbishment has been undertaken to deliver a holiday house packed with features. A large open plan living and dining area with flat screen Smart TV, a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and a rear landscaped entertaining area with a gas BBQ and magnificent gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with King Size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a study, a main bathroom with shower and freestanding tub, ensuite and a separate powder room, plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Beach towels provided for guest convenience.

Downstairs there is a large rumpus room/second living area with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, two single beds and one queen bed. Property also has a high chair for guest use.

Note: Driveway / off street parking only - no access to garages.

This home provides a private Oasis right in the middle of everything that Nelson Bay has to offer.

Magic Weekend at Nelson Bay

The sheer quality of everything in the home made our stay perfect. The way the kitchen was set up and the quality of everything in there was amazing. The entertaining areas were perfect and the bedrooms are just pure luxury. I could not rate this property higher if I tried.
