The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven/microwave & fridge freezer.
Lounge area to seat 4 with folding dining table.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes & the bathroom is equipped with a shower & electric heater.
The roof terrace access is via internal stairs & is furnished with terrace dining table, chairs & parasol. Sunbeds & a BBQ are also provided. The utility room with washing machine, is also located on the roof terrace.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local peopleÂŽs houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

Ren och fin lÀgenhet. NödvÀndiga faciliteter finns. Mycket bra lÀge, lugnt, nÀra till barer och restauranger. Lite jobbigt att slÀpa upp tunga vÀskan uppför trappan vid ankomst. Men trots att som 70 Äring gick det ganska lÀtt.
Great location, apartment had most things we needed.
The door however is a real problem. We got locked outside with key on inside of door had to call locksmith cost 80 euros. It happens ALL the time said the lock smith and the agent know s it too as he laughed at us and knew exactly why and how it happened when we called. Instead of putting a different handle on, they just let the problem reoccur time and time again.
We arrived from Malaga by bus, 8 minute walk to appt down Pintada. Much cheaper than a taxi, and quite easy. It was a bit of a struggle up the steep steps to appt through a narrow doorway with heavy cases much easier coming down! The appt is extremely well equipped, coffee machine, sharp knives, washing machine so you only need half the amount of clothes! The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. In February itâs very cold a night, so we ended to use the air con as a heater on 30! There isnât an oven, only 2 hot platesâŠwhich we didnât need to use! Why cook when wine and tapas and local meals are so reasonable! The terrace was great when the sun was out, which was limited as we were there in February.
So central to local tapas bars, shops ad restaurants. We would have stayed again next year but the appt isnât available until later in the year.
A wonderful apartment only 6 minutes walk to the supermarket!
