Evening check-in staff was great TV did not work - maintenance staff was prompt and efficient We were woken shortly after 5:00 by the morning desk clerk shouting at the breakfast staff. This continued for over half an hour making it impossible to go back to sleep. Road noise from truck traffic and “tuner cars” mad sleeping difficult

We arrived late at 2340 on my sons birthday, I had messaged the property a few hours earlier to ask if it was open as safe as flash flood warnings were in the area, I got no response. We were told on arrival the water was going off at midnight until 4am. This meant our party of 5 were unable to get a shower after a 10 hour driving day. We could not flush the toilet after midnight. I got no sleep as the work occurred on the 3rd floor that we were placed on. I informed staff of this on checkout and there was no reply. The reply from management is that there was a sign on the desk at check in, where else we were we supposed to go at almost midnight in a strange city? We were escorted to our room with security. Good practice would have been to inform guests prior to arrival to make an informed decision. Very unpleasant experience. Hotel is on a busy road also, we had traffic noise also.

Located on major traffic thoroughfare so there is traffic noise. Requested room change due to ice machine which was graciously accommodated. Tv in room didn't work and staff did not know how yo reprogram it. Otherwise the accommodations are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette. Property and room are very clean. Staff very helpful within their means. Recommend thus hotel for sn overnight while traveling...

The hotel rates were affordable. The rooms were really spacious and clean, and the hotel was very conveniently located, right in the middle of New Brunswick. Hotel staff were courteous and quickly responded to requests for daily room cleaning. The daily free breakfast was very good. We had a very restful stress-free stay.

If i was to spend another $200 i want the top floo

I checked in ok then around 955pm the noise stated upstairs i called the office several times nothing was done the noise stop at 215a.m my eyes were baggy and we barely sleep bcuz of the noise. So we went to eat and then pool we checked out by quarter to 10am
