Clean room, very kind staff, and omg the spa tub in the king suite was AMAZING - I basically lived in it on & off lol. My boyfriend and I had booked the smoking suite room however when we got there they were all booked. The staff and manager actually allowed us to turn a non-smoking room into a smoking one! I was really blown away with the customer service. Will absolutely stay again!
