Overall experience wasn’t bad. It’s literally down the street from the casino and down the street from the marina.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were a man’s whiskers all over the sink. The elevator floor was filthy. Also, the night clerk when we checked in was passive aggressive. I doubt we would stay there again.

Clean room and bed. Hot shower, fluffy towels that werent scratchy. Went to a concert at 4 Winds and we were going to use the shuttle but it was an easy enough drive and felt safe coming back and parking after.

Staff was friendly, however I wear hearing aides and read lips. When I explained that to her, she did look up while talking which helped, but talked so fast I couldn’t catch what she was saying. I just kept nodding my head and walked away when she handed me my door fob. Picked up plastic binder in my room for tv channels. There was something very sticky on the outside that got all over my hands. I took it to the sink and had to wash with soap to get it off. Just opened the drawer to put it away and whatever it was, is all over the bottom of the drawer. I’m NOT going to clean. Will leave note for cleaning employee when I check out. Medium length black hair on toilet tank. 3 large cracks on bathroom floor tile. One large crack inside bathroom sink bowl. Bathroom sink drains VERY slow. While brushing teeth it fills over half way then continues to drain extremely slow. Dresser drawer will continue to open half way. Will not stay shut unless you slam it hard. Staff friendly, outside patios, grills, etc nice features. Security cameras in parking lot. Welcome coffee, tea, lemonade nice.
