Great stay!

Location of the hotel is great...just 15 min drive to French quarter,near the airport and when you want to cross the longest bridge.Good selection of hot and cold breakfast and free parking.We love the fire pit too!

I had no problems with the staff; they were courteous and helpful throughout the duration of my visit. However, I would advise travelers to stay elsewhere. The hotel itself is not in good condition; the first room I was assigned had an uneven floor. Additionally, they only clean the rooms every 3 days (unless requested otherwise). I find this policy to be ridiculous considering the prices they charge. Furthermore, the overall hygiene of the rooms and hotel is subpar.

However, you can request service every day and we will ensure our team cleans your room every day or you can request just to have amenities replaced. During my stay there was a few Pros and cons. The staff at the front desk was very friendly I came in a day early and was able to have my room a day earlier. I stayed in a King size suite in the courtyard. My husband and I are not a fan of Inn’s however we able to make the best of the stay. pros friendly staff, Good free breakfast, location was 15mintues from everything including the French Quarter.Con the hallways was dirty, there was a funny smell in my room was moved to another,not really a tourist area but to each is own,Overall I would give this hotel a 7/10 not bad but not great. I would stay again but not my first option for any questions reach me on Ig Honeybrown _1536

Average hotel room, definitely not exceptional.

Rooms were decent. Stomping on the floor from upstairs all evening and morning til we left. Pillows super thin, bed was ok, fridge was not that cold. Nice fireplace outside, Elevator broken along with a few other things. Breakfast was probably the best part.
