We hope our location and services largely met your expectations and contributed positively to your stay.We understand that your room setup was not exactly what you expected. You had anticipated a room with double beds but instead, the arrangement constituted a primary bed and a sofa-bed. We genuinely apologize for any element of surprise or inconvenience this might have incurred. Room allocations can sometimes be challenging given the unique configuration of our rooms and the adherence to specific guest preferences. Nonetheless, we are dedicated to meeting our guests' expectations as much as possible.Efforts are continually made to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay and every room allocation is done to maximize comfort and convenience for our guests. We care deeply about the satisfaction of our guests - which is why we do our very best to ensure parking rates are fair and guests aware on all websites – Hilton and elsewhere. While we know parking can sometimes be extremely expensive, please know, like most city-center hotels in this area, we charge the same, often less, and are always grateful for feedback like this. In the future, if you prefer self-parking instead of valet, there is also a lot of nearby self-parking available at different rates.We hope to see you again soon!

Room not ready
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good the only problem was that check-in is at 5:00 pm but they didn’t have my room until past 6:00 pm
