The hotel is great the biggest problem is that the hotel has no regular TV in room. Only offers different computer options. Very bad if you don’t have different APPS. Also a huge problem for guests who don’t use APPs

The Henrietta breakfast sandwich is DELICIOUS and they have wonderful cold brew coffee or a Pimm’s cup depending on how you want to start your day!

Great property and staff. Expedia explicitly states that all rooms have balconies but this is not true. We booked a room specifically for the balcony on our 25th Anniversary and received a room without a balcony as the hotel did not have one for us.

The hotel staff were very attentive and personable. The hotel was beautiful with an eclectic touch. Our room was an oasis: the bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home! We loved the stylish but comfortable couch and the room amenities such as the fridge, beautiful and comfortable linens, and the spa-like shower. We will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. The hotel is located in a great location to walk around the Garden district and go shopping on Magazjne with many restaurants and bars close.

This is truly a great hotel and I would highly recommend it! The entire place has a beautiful vintage vibe, and it looks just like the photos. Check-in was simple and quick. nothing particularly fancy, but very efficient. There are a few on-site parking spots, but there’s also plenty of street parking nearby, and the best part is that it’s free on weekends! The area feels safe overall, and there’s a streetcar stop right across the street. We parked at the hotel and took the streetcar to the French Quarter, which saved us the hassle of looking for parking there. After checking in, we went up to our floor. There aren’t many rooms on each level, which made it feel quiet and private. We booked a room with two beds, and it was very spacious and clean. Everything was well-prepared！the amenities were complete, and to our surprise, they even provided slippers, bathrobes, and an umbrella (which really came in handy because the weather in New Orleans can be unpredictable). They also offered a welcome drink to guests, which was delicious! If you need any additional amenities, the hotel staff are happy to help. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I loved it so much and would absolutely stay here again next time I visit!

We loved this hotel so much, it’s off the beaten path but a quick drive to the French Quarter. It was quiet, clean, and very nice. When we come back to New Orleans we will be staying here.
