I thoroughly enjoyed my Memorial Day getaway to NOLA. Staying downtown at the New Orleans Marriott was very convenient, walking distance to Bourbon Street and Streetcar accessibility. Wonderful Hotel and ambience to boot. I'll definitely stay at this hotel upon my next visit to NOLA! Two Thumbs Up!

Excellent service. Every interaction with the staff was enjoyable. I especially liked the quiet, clean room. The location is perfect for a small conference. Everything was easily laid out. I also liked the location of the hotel. It's conveniently located - Sazarec House is right across the street, and it's a 10-minute walk to the WWII Museum, Cafe Du Monde, and Jackson Square. The concierge helped arrange a cemetery and ghost tour, and with some other tips.

Comfortable and convenient hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located. The lobby is loud but the rooms relatively quiet (street noise, steam boats, and trains can be heard but it is a city). Had some issues with the customer service at the front desk including availability and improper charges.

I liked the security of the property. We felt safe, and the key cards were easy to use for the front door after hours, the elevators and rooms. Staff were so helpful and nice. If we needed anything it didn’t take long to get it to us. The hotel was within walking distance to any store and both CVS and Walgreens if you forgot anything.
