Lobby was clean. My family absolutely loved the 2 guys who worked the lobby in the AM± the 1 working nights is our fave. He was so kind & helpful to all who entered the lobby. Issues: room was dirty w/ stained bedding. house keeping is ONLY done if you call b4 10am. They were awful at restocking the room, parking rates & arrangements, AC quit working at times, little fridge that isn’t cold. Makes it hard with a disabled toddler. The lady working the lobby at check in 6/2/25 & 6/5/25 is more rude than helpful. I also didn’t appreciate the lack of communication nor the lack of help with parking situation with 2 cars as we had booked this months in advance but per Expedia & the direct hotel site only said off site parking but neither bothered to mention that it would cost $277/ per car from 6pm on Monday night to Friday morning at 9am; so $554 just in parking. The parking app the hotel makes you use isn’t affiliated with the hotel. Had I know parking was like this then I could have stayed across the way at Westin at $45/night in their secured garage lot instead of $66/night before their fees in an outside unsecured lot to pay $554 just in parking for the cars to stay parked since if you left there is no promise you get parking back & the pass is not transferable to another lot. When asking about it cause it was never mentioned or how it worked on either website the front lady was like welp & not helpful. If I knew sooner I would have canceled our stay to hotel. Disappointed
The hotel is the little white building in front of the Westin that shares parking lot with aquarium, hotel ONE11, and anyone in the French quarter visiting the area

I reported freezing temps in my room and a non functioning thermostat. The front desk rep informed me there were no engineers on duty that evening. I prepaid my three-night stay, else I would have checked out. Nothing was done to fix the problem over the course of my stay. I will not be back.

Noisy the hotel sits behind a train that honks multiple times a day. Too cold in room and hotel. Very difficult to operate the thermostat. Staff is semi helpful. I got this hotel mixed up with the ONE in Miami definitely not the same hotel. I was very disappointed.

We really enjoy the stay here. But the only complaint is the parking cost. The website said 45 dollars a night, but it cost us 66. Way more than we planed.
