Location was excellent and the staff was wonderful, for the most part, however, this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Between the trains going by all hours of the evening, and hearing everyone’s doors up and down the hall shut all hours of day and not, it was definitely not easy to get rest. I even changed floors and it was even worse on the 26th floor. Had late checkout and house keeping came in at 830 AM. I’ll definitely be back to visit the bar and view, but won’t stay here again.
