With 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. This condo faces the ocean so it’s the perfect place to see the sunrise right from the balcony. The condo is located on the no-drive part of New Smyrna with the drive on part starting approximately half mile from the complex giving you the best of both worlds right at your footsteps. The complex has two large pools which are heated during the winter months and an additional dedicated kids pool.
