Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on the north end of New Smyrna Beach. Walking distance from Flagler Ave, 900 Beach House-Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, modern full kitchen and beautiful panoramic ocean views.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. Both guest rooms offer a queen size bed with flat screen TV's. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath.
Need a little more room, check out renting the entire house out! Adding the downstairs offers you an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen as well as a 1 bedroom 1 bath efficiency with a mini kitchen!! perfect location and house was spacious, clean and perfect

The house was the perfect location to walk to everything, beach, shops, restaurants etc. Beautiful upstairs home is what we rented, plenty of room for all four of us and inviting family over that live nearby to visit for dinner. The only complaint would be the master shower has just 'warm water', not hot. Everything else in the house had hot water, including master tub, but the master shower probably has a valve issue - other than that the house was absolutely PERFECT - we'd love to rent the entire house another trip, to include more family. Tara was very responsive for any questions we had. THANK YOU!!

Not what we expected

We spent the month of February 2022 here at Boardwalk, NSB. The unit is spacious and well appointed. It is also relatively convenient to Flagler Street, where all the action is, as well as the public access to the beach. There are limited sidewalks on Atlantic so use caution. You'll have plenty of parking as well as the driveway accessed from Atlantic dedicated to the upstairs unit. You also have a good view of the ocean from the balcony and kitchen. Aesthetically, you pretty much get what you see in the ad. There is a huge TV in the family room with access to Spectrum cable with most channels. If you have a Netflix account, you can access it through the TV. The bedrooms are good size rooms. There is only one way into the unit and that's up the stairs so keep this in mind if you have any issue with stairs. That's the good. Overall, we were disappointed in the unit and the response from management. It is poorly maintained and neglected from a mechanical perspective. We had plumbing (no hot water in the master shower) and electrical problems (lights, fans, and receptacles) as well as issues with the HVAC (thermostat locked), washer and dryer (neither worked), and dishwasher. One of the bedrooms had zero lights in it due to a damaged ceiling fan. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had no remote so we couldn't use it. The family room had several bad lights as well. We bought new bulbs and replaced them in one of the lights in the family room. We bought a lamp to use while we were there. None of the receptacles on the balcony worked as well. The biggest issues were the master shower and the washer and dryer. Eventually, my husband repaired the shower valve in the master bath (called his friend back home who is a professional plumber), the dryer (vent line was clogged and installed incorrectly), and we used tape on the washing machine lid so the rinse cycle would complete. We communicated with Tara on several times beginning the day we arrived. We exchanged probably 50 text messages during the first 2 weeks. She dispatched a handyman who looked everything over and took our list but we never heard from him again. We also reached out to her last week via VRBO giving her time to respond prior to writing this review. We never got a response. We don't enjoy giving negative reviews but don't want others to experience what we did. This was an expensive rental-everything should have worked or been repaired.
