Our stay was great! Room was spacious for being in NY and very clean. Staff was always present in the lobby and slept like a baby. Great experience!

The room was clean and check in was easy enough. Two workers from the hotel knocked on my door and asked what my name was. They adked when I checked it Why don't they know.m? Later I started hearing electric power tools. Based on this, I likrly cannot recommend this hotel. Unprofessional.

The shuttle was timely, runs till midnight. My only complaint is that this is a $80 a night hotel and I had to pay 4x that amount as this was a last minute emergency booking due to airport issues. It is fine for an $80 a night stay, basic, clean room w/ shuttle.
