Great place & location

Both my coworker and I were pleasantly surprised with how great of a stay we had. Much nicer than expected with friendly staff - shout out to Marcus at the front who was so kind and helpful! The gym was great - small but included most things needed to make your routine work, and clean! Will certainly return to this hotel for my work trips.

Best Western Plus Soho's location was awesome! Close to Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. There are several parking garages in close proximity as well. Jose, at the front desk was always so helpful and nice. Always had a smile on his face. I didn't get the names of the other front desk people but everyone was so nice....even the person handling the food during breakfast as well as the housekeeping crew. Leaving our bags before checking in and after check out wasn't an issue and I felt safe staying in the hotel. The coffee bar in the lobby was a plus. The room was really clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in Soho, bordering Chinatown. Although I had thought of the Best Western brand as a not particularly stylish motel chain, the design of the room was in keeping with the hipness of Lower Manhattan. It seemed that many of the guests are vacationers from other countries. The front desk staff were efficient, although not overly welcoming. The room cleaners are courteous and friendly.

One gentleman who was there, was very helpful. I last saw him spot mopping. I was trying to get on the elevator with two coffees and he jumped in to help me, that was just one incident he was always helping me and others, it was noticeable. I am grateful.

It was good room size and clean. We only stayed on night. No parking on site so we had to park approx. 5–10-minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again, but would request a higher floor (we had floor 5).

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and location if i you ou wish to stay south of manhattan. I want to thank in particular the staff at the reception, they are welcoming, and very helpful. Also the cleaner are doing a great job. We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The only recommendation I have for the hotel, is please do something about the breakfast and most particularly the continental option.. The croissants or other bakeries were dried and oily. Surely, a Better quality ones can be offered to your guests. Thanks
