Overnight stay at the property. Small clean with breakfast to go or eat in option. The facility has a shuttle service to and from the airport. The time to check in was quick, extra security in that you aren't able to get to a room without key card. Travelled for pleasure and must say that the stay while short was comfortable.

Convenient for those needing a hotel close to JFK airport. Breakfast was just OK but the convenience & price was right for me. Very clean & comfortable room & check-in was fast. Had a great driver this morning who was helpful and made sure everyone’s luggage was easily accessible & in the order we were being dropped off. I wish the driver to the hotel was a bit more helpful.

Rooms very well appointed, very comfortable. But the building has the noisiest lifts I've ever encountered. We were close to them but I'm pretty sure they can heard throughout the building. The shuttle is supposed to pick-up from Federal Circle every half our but we had to wait 50min. But they take you direct to the terminal, which most other hotels don't seem to do, returning passengers to Federal Circle, so that was better. The construction at JFK is causing major disruption thru the whole area - not the hotels fault, but you can't walk to it, or walk to any dining options easily.
