We stayed 3 nights, Tuesday to Friday. The service was awesome. Our room and the facility were clean and organized. The staff seemed well balanced and not over loaded. They were very responsive to our requests and the shop had the last minute things we needed. Great view from our room! And it's located close to everything Time Square!

The property is very dated and of poor up keep. The door to the bathroom had clearly been wet at some point, it had rotted at the bottom. The wallpaper was patched. The room looked onto what look like a sweat shop production of fabric goods.
