Breakfast was okay. It appears that breakfast was made in the microwave, eggs had no flavor. Sausage and potatoes were a little iffy. Let's talk about the elevator, that took forever. Then there was the cleaning process was odd. Cleaning lady wanted to clean at 4pm; that's an unusual time. We would typically get back to the hotel at 4pm to rest, so that in the night we would go out again. For those reasons, lm rating hotel 2-3 stars.

The tv was broken and they sent people to fix 3 times but never fixed it. They finally put me in another room for our final night. Was not able to watch live baseball games uninterrupted. The air wasn’t working either. It was set at 64 but the room stayed at 75. Lastly there are only 2 elevators used for everyone including cleaning crews so there was a 10-15 minute wait to go up or down. Ended up using stairs for the 6 floors

Just make sure to look for parking near the hotel. The Hotel parking is over priced however there are additional options near by. The staff is great and they regularly checked in to make sure we had all supplies without us asking.

Apparently, before we arrived, there was a construction work, all the earth and cement fell on the windows, completely darkening the view if I told one of the employees to indicate it and he told me that he would talk to them to clean the window and no one ever did it, also the curtain in the room (912) does not work and we slept with total clarity every day. In everything else it was very good..

Television and air conditioning didn’t work, only two, slow elevators for a busy hotel and an extremely overpriced room that was poorly designed to accommodate two guests and a king sized bed. Probably one of the worst experiences we’ve experienced with Holiday Inn.

Staff were excellent and always willing to help. Subway is a 12 minute walk ( Station 50 St) but also we could walk to Time Square, Broadway and restaurants easily. We got subway line E from and to JFK and worked fine. Breakfast is ok but get crowded so finding a seat can be a challenging, but not a big deal. For the price, was very good. We will come back.
